These are the chemical makeups of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine. I am bipolar so these little neurotransmitters are very important to me. They help level out my mood and keep me happy. They’re a reminder about my past and a reminder to keep my chin up.

five years ago my best friend was killed in a horrific accident. 2 weeks before he died him and i were sitting in a park listening to his ipod and bob marley’s three little birds started playing and he turned to me and said “you have to play this song at my funeral. i dont care if i die tomorrow or in 50 years. this is the song i want played when i die”. in his memory i have three little birds flying across my heart.

A Reason, a Season, or a Lifetime
People come into your life for a reason, a season, or
a lifetime. When you figure out which one it is, you
will know what to do for each person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON … It is
usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have
come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you
with guidance and support, to aid you physically,
emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a
godsend, and they are! They are there for the reason
you need them to be.Then, without any wrong doing on your part, or at an
inconvenient time, this person will say or do something
to bring the relationship to an end.
Sometimes they die.
Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our
desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you
sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on.When people come into your life for a SEASON …
Because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount
of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; things
you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional
foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the
person, and put what you have learned to use in all
other relationships and areas of your life. It is said

Ants Problem : Ants hate cucumbers. Keep the skin of cucumbers near the place or ant hole.
To get pure and clean ice : Boil water first before freezing.
To make the mirror shine : Clean with alcohol
To remove chewing gum from clothes : Keep the cloth in the freezer for an hour.
To whiten white clothes : Soak white clothes in hot water with a slice of lemon for 10 minutes
To give a shine to hair : Add one teaspoon of vinegar to hair, then wash hair.
To avoid tears while cutting onions : Chew gum.
To remove ink from clothes : Put toothpaste on the ink spots generously and let it dry completely, then wash.
To get rid of mice or rats : sprinkle black pepper in places where you find mice or rats. They will run away.
